Crime Scene Teambuilding

What it is:

This program is a team development program which allows the participants to solve a mystery case as a team through identifying clues and testing their integrity.

• Participants need to learn about having integrity in their work
• Participants want to enhance their communication in and across teams
• Participants want to foster bonding among different groups for the same goal
• Participants want to enhance problem solving skills as a team

Part 1: Normalization: Ice Breaking

• Through activity to know each other better
• Team formation

Part 2: Main Challenge of the Day – Solve the Mystery

• Each team identify the clues solve the riddles through collaboration
• To get more clues by 4 types of activities in each area (investigate scene, collect evidence, interview suspect, finish mission)
• Special mission: The team will have a chance and choose to activate to become an undercover in each area to test their integrity

Part 3: Debriefing of the activity

• Understand how every team member has to contribute his/her effort in the process so ‘WE” can keep moving forward.
• Everyone has to pay attention to self and others
• Reflection on the concept of integrity through the identity of undercover

Part 4: Learning Consolidation

• Identify ONE Key Action for solving problems with your teammates effectively with integrity
