What it is:

This program is a strategic business simulation which allows the participants to put their strategic thinking in practice and observe the business decision impacts through data analysis.

Part 1: Normalization: Ice Breaking

  • Through activity to know each other better
  • Team formation

Part 2: Main Challenge of the Day – The Empire 2.0

  • Teams manage their own “company” and plan their strategies competing against other teams to gain the most market share
  • Teams engage in negotiations with other teams and WIN by effectively manage the limited resources (eg: human resources, money, time, branding etc)

Part 3: Debriefing of the activity

  • Understand how to allocate limited resources in business
  • Understand how to plan effectively with a strategic thinking mindset

Part 4: Learning Consolidation

  • Identify ONE Key Action for planning strategy in times of change
