Team Development Program
What it is:
This is a fun team-building program where everyone works together to design and build one giant roller coaster. You start in small teams, then join forces with other teams to create one big, connected track that actually works in the end. The goal is real success – together!

- Getting everyone aligned so the whole team moves in the same direction
- Experience what real teamwork and collaboration feel like across teams
Program Flow:
Part 1: Ice Breaking & Getting to Know Each Other
- Fun activities to know each other better
- Form small teams
- Each small team focuses on working well together
- Build a small roller coaster using the materials you are given
- All teams connect their small roller coasters into one long track
- Work together and use extra materials to improve and align everything
- Make sure the “train” can run smoothly along the entire ONE track in one go!
- Understand how alignment across teams really works
- Learn the two most important things that make everything go smoothly
- Choose ONE key action you will use when planning in changing / difficult times
- Realize that strong collaboration is the most important way to reach big team goals
