Joshua is an Industrial-Organisational Psychologist specialised in organisational development and coaching. He has acted as instructor to provide career planning services in NGOs.

Joshua has serviced a number of Fortune 500 insurance companies with over 20 years of experience in providing first-class financial training services and management by proven psychological theories and practices.

He specialises in organisational development, with particular expertise in review, design, implementation and evaluation the programs that improve organisational performance and employee experience.

Being equipped with strong interpersonal communication skills with target-oriented attitudes, strong analytical and project management skills as well as coaching skills, he facilitated employees by enhancing their commitments and unleashing full potentials with flourishing performance.

Over the past 5 years, Joshua has coached over 500 employees in the topics of career planning and training sessions from financial industries and NGOs.

In one of his cases, he worked closely with his team which accounted for over 70% sales volume of the whole channel for numerous of years. The number of sales person under his management has increased rapidly from 200 to 1,500 within 3 years. He was awarded as the “Best Staff of the year”.

In other cases, he was responsible for driving and supporting sales channel in achieving definite targets by reactivating teams’ entrepreneurship, rebuilding recruitment capability and uplifting overall sales activity ratio through implementing a number of timely and effective strategy. In only 6 months, the active ratios have successfully surged by 80%, core sales volume enhanced by 17% and business case size increased by 23%.
