What it is:
Present studies have found thay customer satisfaction is not the best indicator to measure customer service, and thinking about solutions at the first time is not the best service method. “T.H.E.R.E. customer service model” is a new customer service model developed by combining the research results of modern consumer psychology and the pain points of customer service: following this model for a series of customer service improvements can not only improve customer satisfaction, but also help to increase the willingness and action of customer repurchase.
