  • Acquire 3 Steps to change from Circle of Concern to Circle of Control
Part 4: Be Resilient #3:Small Action
  • Illustrate that action is the most important factor through video clip demonstration
  • Learn how to avoid being stuck in a paralyzed state while facing difficult moments dealing with job tasks
  • Skills practice: Apply these skills in case studies
