As a 90s generation, QH understands the mindset of new generation well. She designs and delivers training programs in creative and interactive ways as well as incorporates trainings with high technology in order to better engage the youngster, while at the same time, transform their mindset more effectively. She has been engaging in developing new training programs by combining motivational theories, leadership skills and decision making abilities with Virtual Reality (VR) technology and incorporating exploration of HK culture with Augmented Reality (AR) technology.
Despite her young age, QH has been helping her client to develop new leadership programs and training curriculum by incorporating the company’s competency model, results of training need analysis with current available training solutions. She also supported client in revamp of the whole customer journey as well as instilling the new customer service mindset and skillset among the frontline staffs, which resulted in a boost of sales volume. She has been receiving continuous positive feedback and return business from clients of all industries for the learning impact she brought to the learners as well as her just-in-time services to the clients.
QH has more than 40 sessions of training each year. Some of the signature programs she delivered include mindset trainings for more than 1000 frontline supervisors of a chained-retail brand, teambuilding sessions for more than 500 agents of an insurance company, 3-years consecutive orientation trainings for students of a government-led university, leadership skills training for managerial staffs and regional HR professionals etc.
Besides training, QH runs her own company of distributing upfront training tools to various APAC countries, such as Taiwan, Malaysia, Singapore, Australia etc. Such market expansion engagement allows her to collect various real life examples and broaden perspectives as compared to others fall in her age, which in turns, contributed to her rich and practical training contents.
